It makes things visible, reveals whatever is hidden and brings about understanding of situations. Also, light makes you to have insight in difficult matters. Numbers 24:17 The prophet prophesies Jesus as the star and the light of the world, which gives man access to God. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. God is light, Jesus is light and we are joint heirs with Christ, so we are light.
